ASUS says Eee Pad transformer be Top Selling Android Tablet this month

For the past month or so almost all headlines on ASUS transform (in addition to our coverage of its wacky overclocking) has rental consumers by transfers had just come. Companion heading, letting you know that they were already sold out seemed to always follow. ASUS execs are claiming this extreme requirements, a striking up jealousy in other Android tablets, will make the transformer top dog.

Tablets are, of course, the heat right now, but according to ASUS, iPad is the only one who is as hot as their transformer. Tegra 2 powered Eee Pad transformer has been the only Android tablet to fight in order to meet the demand for the iPad have in the same way. While ASUS original plan was to ship 300,000 transformers in the second quarter, sending the 400,000 only in April and may.

With the increased popularity of their first honeycomb unit, while other manufacturers cut their supplies as a result of overestimate sales, will ASUS upping their deliveries to 300,000 transformers to just in the month of June. Gateway's Run-of-the-Mill Honeycomb Tablet says hello to FCC

Well looks like Gateway searches for entering this "tablet" thing. Unfortunately, displayed their take on Honeycomb does not offer much in the way of "unique." Hide inside what is, quite literally is a shiny black box hardware nearly identical to many of the tablets we've seen so far. Unless the Gateway plans to make this device pretty cheap, it looks not much more than current offerings. Unless you really like to glossy plastic.

If this sounds familiar, but stop me Gateway TPA60W, as it is called, will be sporting a 10.1 5? screen on top of NVIDIA's Tegra 2 dual-core processor. In addition, the tablet contains a 5MP camera and system microphones behind and Home respectively, as at least jeopardise its kameræts a little ahead of the others like Xoom and Galaxy tab 10 1. It also sporting standard WiFi and Bluetooth radios for all your connectivity needs.

Now as a lover, not equipment Android, I say it, we need here are some specific software, OEM, but the apparent stagnation in some Honeycomb hardware of late has made it difficult for Android tablets to compete. While ASUS transformer offers awesome ability to convert to a portable computer (an ability that helps it sells quite well), there is a little hardware difference between any of the current Honeycomb tablets, especially since we have yet to see a run on a chip Tegra 2 other then.

When producers will get a better handle to make the tablets, we will hopefully begin to see some of the hardware and design differences, make the selection of Android phones so much.

Huawei shows MediaPad Dual Core Tablet in Video

Huawei may not known to the most exciting devices. What their device, such as their IDEOS S7 Slim, has been known for doing otherwise, animal tablets and phones a little more affordable (S7 Slim is a sub-$ 300 tablet). Huaweis next tablet MediaPad, is a dual-core honeycomb unit. Our first look at this tablet comes via a sneak peek video top Huawei ever kindly posted for us on youtube today.

A little silly, if not awkward video, as seen below features Huawei ", wrote, the smallest and lightest tablet ever." Although the video give us some decent views of the back of the tablet, leaves us a little longing for the specifications that make up these hyperbolic claims. As far as we know only that the tablet will run a dual-core Tegra 2, probably or the new gene chip, and it must run the Honeycomb, although we do not know if it will be 3.0 or 3.1.

As its original title indicated, it was an upgrade from S7 Slim, many assume it will feature the same basic features of the unit. These include 3 G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and a in front of and behind the camera. Huawei is, of course, a little proud of this, but we shall see if Huawei can keep the price under its competitors with the promised upgrades.
